The outer layer is made in our soft twill, and it's lined throughout with even softer cotton poplin. You can really feel the quality in the texture and weight of this fully lined coat. Shelley also features an A-line silhouette, three-quarter length sleeves, a rounded collar, four large buttons down the front, front slant pockets, and hits just above the knee.
